Hotel Ruby

The service in this hotel is very careless. We are unable to work due to a lighting issue, and we cannot get comfortable. So please cancel today's payment and try to replace the hotel on a priority basis. Worst Service: Next time, don't prefer this hotel to Delhivery s staff.

The room service and room maintenance were in very pathetic condition, no option in the buffet and poor quality of food. waste of money if any one stays in Ruby hotel

property location is nice.......food is also good....amenities are also good.... & also hotel service is also good

Stay was ok but room service was very bad. TV was not working of room. I complaint 2-3 times and when person came he just chk and said someone will come. Again I called so no-one is come. AC remote also not working, complaint but no-one came

Staff is a little arrogant, and the service is average. I booked this hotel on MAP but they asked me to order in the room. it took me a while why I wouldn't prefer to eat in room. they said only Thali they can serve us devoid refill. same was breakfast.

It's prime location earlier I have stayed in the same property well known to me personally as well even I book through MMT

very nice hotel and good staff. all are carefull of all guest ,Nice food ,clean room and good service

I did not stay here due to no any services no room it looks like haunted and very horrible and scary make my trip is responsible for this make my trip is doing wrong business without inspection of property they are booking property and making money and traveller's struggle customer care does not pickup the phone after booking.

Room cleanliness was an issue there

The bed was not very comfortable. The menu is overpriced. The quality of breakfast i ordered was not good. Tea ordered at my end for the second time was never received. The rooms are old built, so don't give a fresh vibe. It's fine for just a one day stay.

I stayed many times. Not bad. Some staff is not good specially in night time. Cleanliness is good

Room was ok ok. Wall plaster coming out, flash not working. Shawar not working properly only hot water coming out of that.

This property is very bad, it's like 500 rs /night. Room no 106 is very bad fan not working properly and when i informed to reception no action in all night every 10 minutes power off

@breack fast time his restaurant manager ask me for paid breack fast without checking in front of all, without checking how can say this persone, it's my insulting frount of all, poor internet connection no cable tv @morning time old towel used this property
