worst hotel 😞😭😭 ever seen in my life never book this hotel .no one is there as room service, they don't provide drinking water, chair , mirror, house keeping, guyser not working leakage was there,water taps were not working properly, window curtains is dirty, dustbins are not there... even no hanger..

I had an excellent experience at this stay. The owner was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my stay.

Room cleanliness was poor. There was seepage on the wall. Intercom was not functional. I fail to understand as to what basis it is rated as 3 star. No parking facility.

Unhappy with the u cordial staff , non availability of toilitaries pais extra for something already included in booking as tbey didnt has big enough room to accomodate a spare matress , breakfast not available for early morning travellers parking area too less dirty blankets and there cover as well can be cheked in room 204, side bed is broken in the same room.

Property is located in front of a dharamshala. It is very poorly maintained, almost all the rooms are infected with flys, mosquitoes and ants. The manager showed me 3 rooms and in very room topsheets were burn due to smoking and room at first floor was full of fresh smoke. I think staff is using rooms for smoking purpose, as owner not taking care of it. walls were pitted by pan masala, furniture was chipping out, springs of matters were broken, rooms were very small to accommodate two persons. only one thing AC was there working properly. In my opinion, we can't categories it a hotel, it is upgraded version of Dharamshala

Room was not clean Towel was having holes in between due to excessive use not maintained Rooms corner near bathroom is too dirty, due to sepage in room from bathroom, overnight water flows inside room Room was spacious Need proper Maintenance Shaving mirror or face mirror not installed in bathroom as per description on make my trip.

This place was normal only. There was dampness all around. I was in a worry that the wall may not collapse. Washroom was also pretty bad.

best experience food is good and breakfast is good

Reception Staff very slow.....Before coming 1hour, we called for ready the room, after reaching 1.15hours room not ready. Our checking time 11am we reach around 12pm. We check out 6th early morning and ask at 5th night for complete the billing process, again give reminder in morning also 6.30am, but check-out time bill now ready they take approx 20mins for ready the bill, Food Test is good, but as per quantity it's very costly. Cleaning in room and common area not good need to improve.

Good service and one issue that affected my stay was that the lift was not working during my visit. This caused inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage or moving between floors. I hope this issue will be resolved soon, as it’s an important facility for guests.

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Vrindavan in Aligarh, and I must say, my experience was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent—every little detail was well taken care of. The people at the reception behaved very badly. Not everyone who booked breakfast received it. Restaurant employee who always had pan masala in his mouth caused disgust and disgust. I didn't get even a drop of free water even though I booked a hotel for a huge amount of money. Asked for the price of the complimentary breakfast tea and bought it

near railway ststion its good location....good rooms...and service. we recomend for the same
