everything was fine but they didnt provide me with dental kit which was mentioned in their amenities...after i complained and asked about it they said they didnt have one right now..i have not paid for this experience...awful

Blower and ac was running from one switch. After switched off ac it's started after 15 min. Staff advised to changed the room. In other room there was no mirror and comb and geyser was not working in super deluxe category room.

Nice room, service is little bit slow.

Bathroom is not good and cleanliness is also not good

Although the property is ok but down the line staff is not well behaved and educated enough. Although rooms are spacious and good.

Rooms are well lit, service was great, and since it is just in front of the station one can make almost any travel arrangements within the city. The food is good but not the non veg items though, other than that, this is one value for money hotel.

It's on station road with no proper lights. you enter and you realize that you have made a mistake booking here. No further detail required. It's just a regular trader traveler's overnight stay hotel with room which can be bolted. Nothing more. Star rating is a farce, not sure why MMT has marked it as MMT assured. MMT should blacklist this hotel.

Location was good but food prices were too high and quantity was very low. Room services were well.
Bathroom lock was broken, is like asking 3 or 4 times no one bothered. Food quality was average and rates are so high and quantity was very low. It's joke. Bathroom pot was leaking and smell in bathroom. Very bad experience in this first stay.

Hotel Galaxy have been my best stay till date in Aligarh. The factors included location, cleanliness, maintenance and the service of the hotel staff. The owners are personally attentive to you and issues if any are resolved in no time An incident that I would like to share would be, your safety and security is their responsibility and the staff take a note to any kind of immediate off hours needs . I had to be somewhere in Aligarh for a meeting in odd hours and the hotel staff spontaneously arranged for the conveyance and made sure that I came back safely. Also the room service was quite fast and responsive. I had a nice home like stay in hotel Galaxy and recommend highly for new visitors in Aligarh.

Very supportive staff very secure hotelvery good location just behind the railway station. Come any time in hotel I reached on 6am. E rikshaw are available from station to hotel. Food are good. Tea is super duper ... Each and every facility are very good.

I can't give less than 1 star. This is the worst hotel of my life. I book 1 suite and 1 suoer deluxe room, and they coasted me rs4000 and rs3000 respectively. Unclean rooms, lizards, bathroom door not closing, bed mattresses so hard, blankets covers not washed, its foul smelling. Make my trip should remove these 3rd class hotels from their lists.
