Room condition was not good. It need's to be improved. However, Staff was cooperative.

Laudging facility is not good. Firstly t hay change hotel. And room was not clean and there is no dustbin. There was a bad smell in the room

My stay was very nice. I booked non ac room, room was clean and cooler was working fine. The food service and cleanliness were maintained.

Spend a comfortable night at the property and had a overall good experience.

My booking was non - ac room. What i found, maintenance of infrastructure is not up to the mark like wall painting, door noise but hotel staffs are polite and professional. The girl in the reception desk is very dedicated to her work. She even repaired our room cooler like a male technician. Tea and ro water are just a call away. Food at reasonable price. Proper housekeeping. I'm not sure if there is parking space for 4 wheelers.

Compromised stay only not good for family's.

Even at this time of pandemic hotel hasn't maintained proper hygiene of normal times. Room is in very poor condition with damaged infrastructure and very dirty matress. Food they served was in very bad utensils like they haven't upgraded it from times. Mosquitos were all around there no sanitation maintained at all.

Nice and clean hotel having a peaceful environment

Hotel Residency is near to railway Station as well as bus stand also. Staff is cooperative. Rooms are always found neat and clean. That is why I stay always in this hotel

Hotel is near to bus stand. Staff is much cooperative. Room is so clean and wash room is also very clean. I like this hotel that is why my stay at Aligarh is in this hotel everytime.
