The best thing that suited me about hotel midtown was the location. The stay was satisfactory, full marks on cleanliness, only the curtain in the bathroom shower looked dirty. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and cooperative staff.

*1/5 stars - disappointing stay at [hotel mid town* i recently stayed at a hotel midtown and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. *issues encountered* 1. Unclean room: the room was dusty, and the bathroom had hair and stains. 2. Poor service: staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to requests. 3. Noise pollution: thin walls allowed excessive noise from adjacent rooms. 4. The room was not ready before after reaching the hotel they prepared a room for the guests. 5. Overpriced: not worth the money spent. *specific incidents: 1- not have staff to drop guest lauggae to room *recommendation* improvement is necessary in cleanliness, staff training, and amenity availability. Until then, i would not recommend [hotel midtown] to fellow travelers. *rating breakdown* - cleanliness: 1/5 - service: 2/5 - location: 3/5 - value: 1/5 - amenities: 2/5 *will i return* no *suggestion to management* invest in staff training, upgrade amenities, and prioritize cleanliness.
