I recently stayed at your hotel and i wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. Overall, my stay was average. While some aspects were satisfactory, there are a few areas where improvement could enhance the guest experience and the receptionist is not good he is enquiry like we are thief. 1. *room cleanliness: the room was generally clean but could benefit from more attention to detail, particularly in areas like [specific areas needing attention, e. G, the bathroom or under the bed. 2. *service efficiency: i found that response times for requests were very slower than expected. Improving the speed and efficiency of service would significantly enhance guest satisfaction. 3. *amenities: while the amenities were adequate, there were a few that were either missing or not functioning as expected. Ensuring all amenities are in good working order would be beneficial. 4. *customer service: the staff were polite, but there were moments where interactions felt less warm and welcoming. A bit more attentiveness and personal touch would make a big difference. I appreciate the efforts of your team and hope this feedback helps in making improvements.
