Review Of HOTEL MELROSE INN - 500 MTR from Railway Station

I don’t like the staff receptionist was rude in the starting! Rooms were okey! Very basic room at this price!

This hotel is completely terrible. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and the staff has no manners. Even after making advance payment for breakfast and dinner, they kept asking for extra charges. There is no hygiene maintained in the food, the toilets are dirty, and towels are not provided. When you ask for anything, they rudely say you need to pay extra charges. I would personally not recommend booking this hotel at all—the staff here is extremely rude

Cleanliness, Quality of food, was worse. Staff non-coperative. I discourage people to choose this worst hotel

Overall good property. Room size is good. Room was clean. They have restorent, bar inhouse. Food and drink are served in room also. Parking is bit issue as guest have to park on the street.

The hotel does not serve breakfast , the bottle of water is charged. The showers don't work properly very poorly managed property

Hotel is good and cleanliness is good. Need improvements in services provided as need it is not as prompt.
