The staff was very non-cooperative, they were even rude because we booked through MMT, and breakfast was terrible. Services were just pathetic. Will give 0/10 for cleanliness. Most importantly, even though I mentioned 5 guests they asked for extra payment for bedding.

it was nice ,uncle was incharge when we reached at 12 at night he helped us . it was nice person . owner should allow some good dress rest is fine

Had an amazing and comfortable stay. Easy to locate and reach. The hotel is situated at a prime and clean area which can be a major concern in aligarh. Hotel staff is very polite and welcoming. Make my trip is providing great discounts for the rate of the stay. Will keep using the app and will surely revisit this hotel for stay in future.

The basic amenities in winter are so good in property, the location is nearby the aman nisa market which is so close to university. An old man who served a cup of tea in the morning was so humble and generous. Over all it was an amazing stay. Thank you gus

The location of hotel alig inn is very optimum as it is near to alighar muslim university and railway station. The services are good and very cooperative. Clean and hygiene room and washroom. The ambience is quite good.

I didn’t checked in, because the location did not felt safe. There was no reception nor any security personnel at the gate. I arrived at 8:50 pm and a young boy was cleaning the floor with bucket and broom. I didn’t found the place to be professional. They took money for two day booking, and denied refund

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is really nice and polite. There is a convenient rooftop restaurant.

Wanted a place to retire in the night and the next morning leave the place after having a cup of tea. Location was very close to the venue of my nephew’s wedding therefore the stay was good.

Not worthy for the charges. Location is ok. But the facilities provided are not worthy enough for the amount they charged it is less to that amount.
