The rooms were very tiny. The staff was very rude. Although they agreed to a late check-out, they started banging our doors around 10am and didn't give us a second to breathe and vacate the room. The bedsheets were dirty and didn't bother to change it even when we requested to. The blankets were not washed they just sprayed some room freshner and gave it to us

It was a nice experience. However lift facility is not available there. Nice staff. Ac was not working properly in my room. Food was good. Overall, it was average for me.

The stay is not upto my satisfaction because the room they gave us is too small for us. So we are not so much satisfied. As we stayed for only 1night it is ok.

Good location, service is good, rooms are cleaned properly, staff is cooperative, taxi service is available, tasty food is available in the hotel, over all its satisfactory in affordable price, family can stay here comfortably, great experience.

Stayed for 1 night with family. Food was delicious & served in room, though no one in hotel had any masks on. Rooms were nicely decorated. The bar had a birthday party going on till late night causing quite a bit of noise pollution. The biggest plus was the location, situated just beside the highway & thus easy to drive in, into their free parking lot within the hotel premises.

We have breakfast plan but hotel didn't provide proper complementary breakfast. One one iteam & one plate for one person. Not proper sanitized in the room and restaurants is not proper clean.

They do proper sanitization of every room before entering. Nice location staff behavior is good

The stay was alright and worth the amount I spent. All the facilities and amenities were upto the mark.

There was a lizard is my room either these people don't know how to work or they just try to save their work. Does not worth the amount I paid for it. I'll never plan my stay in that place again.

Very poor service, amenities and very costly. The hotel is not worth it is charging. Rooms was full of foul smell. I will not recommend.

The only problem is far from the railway station. Neatly maintained room, decent restaurant, helpful service and a helping travel desk.

Average hotel but Kharagpur has a shortage specially in the convocation time. Hence all tariffs are happily given. Not a bad experience. But it is quite far from the IIT campus so arranging a cab is necessary.

Location is little far it could have been near railway station because it was not easy getting means of travel easily facilities were good though I enjoyed the food though it was good experience overall

It was our first visit to kharagpur and we choose to stay here cause the location of this hotel is little far from the city and we haven't faced any difficulty to reach the destination. The hotel is just on the highway. The room was very clean. Staff were well courteous.

The rooms were OK. Food was on the oily side but tasted good. The location is the main drawback as reaching the hotel takes a long time and no direct cab service is available to travel back to the railway station. Services were far from satisfactory and no amenities such as towel soap etc. Were provided. Blankets were torn and shabby. Good only for an overnight stay not recommended for a prolonged stay.
