It was good experience while my stay, I dont face any difficulty staff is good and polite helpfull with check in and check out

We had booked a room for two nights, from 15th July to 17th July. However, our experience was extremely disappointing and far from what was expected. Upon arrival, we found the room to be filthy and unclean. The air conditioner was covered in dust, and the entire room had a strong smell of dampness, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. Additionally, our room was located directly above the bar, and the loud music throughout the night made it impossible to sleep. We tried to contact the front desk, but no one was available to assist us. Even before our arrival, we had attempted to reach the hotel using the contact numbers provided, but the mobile number went unanswered and the landline was not reachable. Due to the poor condition of the room and lack of support, we were forced to check out a day early on 16th July, even though we had paid for a stay until the 17th. Our overall experience was very uncomfortable and distressing.

The door don't have lock. unable to lock the door at night.Geser is also not working. I raised complaint but they didn't respond. single woman can't stay at night.

Cleaning is very bad, the staff is good, Management is so cheap 😕😕😕. I Will never stay in this hotel.

It was good room

This location is not well connected to public transport. The room size is very compact, but clean. Need to be more important for the communication part. Food is good. Staff behavior is good, best for night parties or clubbing.

Great atmosphere in an ancient building. Very helpful and wise owner and personal! felt like a home from home.

Hotel kaushik located at highway area. The stay experience with hotel kaushik being excellent. Got the delicious and hygiene food also there. I felt good for other facilities provided by this hotel. Their staffs behavior is also good. Thanks for hotel kaushik & makemytrip team

Very dirty and smelly

Loud noise playing till midnight and making so uncomfortable to me and everyone.

The manager or owner is very rude and privacy is worst. Water heater not working, very bad hospitality. I am completely unhappy. The money is literally not worth it.

Please avoid it when you are travelling with family. Hotel staffs are poor in services and other. Due to bar and dancing, m not recommend for family

This Hotel is at highway, very easy find. But is have singing bar which make lots of noise. Room were very small. Only Hotel restaurants is available for food Community options were not available.
