Poorly maintained, inhospitable staff, don’t even know how to talk to guests! Non standard rooms, waiter even asking me to help and shift a table which I needed. Very poor amenities, construction going on in the middle of rooms given to guests with no barricades. Shabby and unclean staircases with no cleaning efforts at all.

No landline was available in the room...No proper service was catered.. Moreover one of my member got locked inside due to faulty lock inside the room... horrible experience

Good, cozy place for couples in a day trip. Good food and hospitality. Rooms are secured. Staffs are helpful. Only water logging is a problem in bathrooms.

Don't prescribe anyone to stay here, very bad service of hotel, location is also very bad, very poor communication. Food is only wastage of money.

The hotel is average, for our room there is no lock for the bathroom door, staff are friendly but don't trust make my trip instead call them and book directly. Make my trip guys, if you are reading this you guys owe me a refund to my bank as the hotel bathroom door lock is not working

Place was worse than a hole, shocked to see the state in which the hotel was being maintained. Ac not working properly, dampness in the room, cigarette smell in the room.

The room and stay was okay. But they tried to cheat us with extra charge. We had booked an ac room but due to thunderstorms they provided us with non- ac room. But then during checkout, they did not properly reduce the amount for the non- ac room. We had booked for 3 days via online mode and then extended the stay for 2 days. They reduced rs 400 from the room rent for the extended 2 days and said they can't reduce anything from the first 3 days for which we paid online. Ac was not present for the whole stay and when we mentioned this and asked for an equal reduction on the rate for the 1st 3 days, the manager started shouting at us and tried to emotionally blackmail us by saying 'you are not happy with the amount we put what can we do' and all that, when by plain common sense, all days should have same rate. He ultimately reduced just 200 for all 3 days, and tried to manipulate us into paying for that. That was a negative experience that we faced there. Everything else, from staff to food and behavior was good. But this last minute change in behaviour when it came to money was disappointing.

Hotel was good. The ac was there but no cooling. Food was very expensive. The location of the hotel was not so pleasing. No transport to commute from the hotel. But the hotel people arranged and they were very cooperative.

I did not end up staying here. After visiting realized, the place was run down, under construction, unsafe, and the rooms had mold. Sent the actual pictures of the place.

Stay was good. Staff was cooperative. Room service attendant was not caring. Refused to wash the tea thermos. Was constrained to wash myself.
