Excellent hotel in budget
Easily find property location because Property located at prime location at Calangute & bagha beach circle, easy to find all services at one place. Hotel staff was very polite & housekeeping & other amenities were good.

Good Stay
The best part is that Hotel was just walking distance from the beach and centre of market. Food price was also nominal. staff was good. Room was clean. Good Hotel with reasonable price. Overall Good experience.

Poor Stay
Very bad stay, staff not co-operative, in washroom water was blocking, shower not working properly, no tissues provided, room cleanliness also very bad, no floor sweeping done properly, in breakfast, no option, per guest only 1 item, no choice in food. Pathetic stay. Only good was ac was working fine. Will give only 2 star rating

Hotel Does Not have parking Space for car, You to pay parking Into hours
Hotel Flooring is steps flooring while entering into room and lobby too. Not properly Architected , You have to be mind ur head while climbing steps to lift area

Good Stay
Location of the hotel is 10/10- situated right in the heart of main calangute beach. Room was quite clean, bathroom was also fairly big, there's no kettle in the room unlike other hotels also hotel has got a pure veg restaurant where the prices are comparatively cheaper than other eateries in goa.

The best management i have seen so far !
The manager was really polite. Cooperated really well with all the guests and helped with all the stuff. Really thankful to the management for all the kind support.

familyWe stayed as family for 3 nights. Pros: the hotel is 5 mins walk from the calangute beach. Room service was good and those staff was helping. There is in-house restaurant and geyser available. Cons: there is literally any space outside the hotel and no parking facility. You have to pay park at nearby ground, which often get full by evening. The complementary breakfast was not worth it and need to order extra ( many tourists complained about the 2 idly pack. But the options are also limited and the restaurant was not clean too.

The place and customer service is ok. The bedspread and blankets can be changed all are old and dirty. The food is good but expensive and the price can be reduced.

Close to beach and you can save on hiring scooty or taxi. Baga beach is also just 1. 5 km and candolim is 2 km. Please visit again and refer us to all your near and dear.
Average standards
Location is ideal as walk able from beach, food taste is not so good, hygiene to be improved on with door mats, curtains. Safety standards are not up-to the marks but maintained.
