No A/c given as a reason hotel executive said that a/c is not good to work no A/c ... bad behaviour by the staff.. very bad hotel

Very bad location very bed staff and management please do not book this property he is not reliable yesterday my booking in this hotel his location is very bad and when I am reach hotel he Allie me 500 mtr before a gest house very bad position when I am complain to make my trip he statement change every time and trying to bully me please do not book this also I’m requesting make my trip to remove this from portal

This is a repeat stay, as i found the hotel comfortable for my overnight stay near New Delhi Station, at a reasonabl price. The staff was courteous and welcoming.

The location is very close to new delhi railway station, but in a quiet inner street. It is a new well maintained place, clean linen and hotel premises. The staff is courteous and welcoming. I repeated my stay here as i found it reasonable and calm, clean for a change in this region which is full of hotels.

CG villa did not entertain me. So they send me another hotel named Shanti House, phone number which is 300 meters away, and I had to walk that road with my luggage at the night. That hotel is a nightmare. A small room. Completely unhygienic. Also they took from me 300 Rs cash for two days breakfast, where as my mmt booking was including Breakfast. Today they almost thrown me out of the room at 12.15 pm as I stayed 15 minutes more. And immediately one local young unmarried couple entered that room at 12.30 ( oyo style). I did not expect it from MMT. So so disappointed

Hospitaliy : Loved the way they received me from the metro railway station Room : Absolutely Loved the ROOM And cleanliness and the latest design in Bed and wardrobe and Air conditioning and SMART TV and importantly , Loved the RESTROOM so much because of its Royal Look ... on the whole It is so clean and Tidy... If i am coming to delhi again , really i have NO SECOND THOUGHS ...The Best in delhi for Reasonable Price

Hotel difficult to access, in a narrow gali. but location very close to transport hub and autos easily available clean rooms. caretaker efficient and polite. food tasty but expensive. water and hot drinks(tea coffee) exorbitant swiggy is quick and choices are plenty AC hot water etc worked well

I have booked hotel was in very horrible location inside the narrow gali . When I reached hotel they said I will provide our another hotel nearby very bad experience.

I had a horrible time at Hotel CG Villa in New Delhi. There's some madness going there. In one sentence, I was not given the triple bed room I booked on the first night of my stay and instead spent the night in a double bed room where the AC did not even work with a torn extra mattress. I want to elaborate more because it was pure torture and we did not want to fight with the hotel staff in an unknown City. He just stared at the login screen for 5 mins when we told him about the incorrect room. Then he changes the saved login credentials and then tells us there's a problem with his account. He then tells us that the room is not available and we should have told him in the morning itself. My parents had checked in early in the morning while I arrived at night. I haven't even mentioned the water and towel problems yet. They're too petty and irritating to recollect. The staff turns off hot water system similar to lift and air conditioning which led us to not get hot water in the morning. We only got lukewarm water at night. Towels were scarce. We received only one towel on the second night. The receptionist is an irritant in the hotel and seems to love harassing the guests. I saw him on CCTV in a heated discussion with some of the cooking staff the night I arrived. The owner seems serious but I don't understand why he relies on that good for nothing.

Location is good. But we can't take our vehicles till the hotel. Need to carry your luggage yourself from the main road. It's a very thin lane. There was no hot water available. Food service take a lot of time

The hotel person call u asking when u r arriving to hotel so that they can alot your room to other then when u arrive hotel you need to wait for at least 30 min then after strong discussion with MmT they alot a room in which ac doesn’t work and after request they start ac from counter and to save electricity switch it off in mid night

Rooms very very bad smell, this one non in family stay also it's too inside
