Review Of Hotel Bramha Inn

We booked this property in advance with full payment, Hotel denied checkin at 11:30 PM stating there were some revisions in prices on 1st of Oct hence we have cancelled all the bookings that were done before 1st. My booking was never cancelled in MMT. After connecting with MMT support we were allowed check in after 1 hour. The rooms were painted blue and stinked because new paint. Had suffucation due to the paint. No hot water for 2 days they provided hot rod

Stay - terrible, room - non hygiene , safety - zero, there is no locks at doors, emenities - TV and AC - not working, staff behaviour- rude, food - terrible, room service- you have tell everyday for room clean,bedsits and pillow cover - too much dirty after requesting too many time they agree to change even after changing there is same situation.

There was no dustbin, no doormat at bathroom. There was no hot water for bathing. Overall poor

The hotel is very average the reception guy is very rude. I had stayed there for 5 days and I have to ask him for room cleaning every day they never proactively done it. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff was very polite. Breakfast was included in the booking but they were providing only a cup of tea and poha

The hotel were not ready to allot me room when I reach there sighting the reason all rooms sold out

Cons: Location is wrong, There is no room lock, no complementary water bottle, no toilet paper, WiFi speed is too low to do anything, staff overheard requests need to repeat times. Pros: Spacious room, spacious lobby, double almirah and dining area, TV unit and chair table setup.

I am only staying due to the late night arrivued at the hotel with my family Regarding hotel facilities complent to hotel staff but not proper response.

I stayed at Hotel Bramha Inn for 2 days and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist, Asif, who was extremely polite and made my stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Online booking room are not upto mark, facilities shown on physical visit and allocated online booking are not maintained properly.

All the insects and cockroaches were there in the hotel along some other non family stuffs

Property infrastructure and location is good. Rooms are big in side and available in three different types , it’s value for money. Location is good attached to BRT road . Electric cattle is provided. But some basic services are missing like tea , coffee, creamers,and sugar sachets. Location and infrastructure is good. Room sizes in all three types are specious but need to clean the sofas provided in the rooms . In rooms electric Kettles are provided but tea / coffee bags with sugar cube and creamers are lacking. Soap/ body wash and shampoo should be provided ( it is basic things in deluxe rooms ).

Hotel staff was not given helpfull service. They are irrelevant. Staff behavior not good. Tryeing to take extra charges in anything

Insects, No Room Service, Non Working Telephone, No Toiletries, No Water Bottles, No Breakfast provided despite of rate being inclusive of breakfast since Chef decided off day during the day of stay. Experience worth forgetting.
