Review Of Hotel Blue Bell

The infrastructure was good but checkin was given very late, very lmtd staff was available in peak ssn and no proper ro water available.

Hotel location was not good hotel says we don't have your stay confirmation. Owner and staff was rude. No hygiene, ants and fly were all around in reception. Liquor bottle was lying down all over the gallery. It was terrible for family stay. Linen line was dirty and have stain. Washroom was having no water supply in early morning no water bottles or water jug provided and when asked they said it's chargeable

To begin with we were denied the suites which we booked and said how can we expect in such a low price. The aircon was as good as not there as the temperature din come below 30 degrees full night. The hotel restaurant is not very well equipped. I would not recommend anyone this hotel.

Room was not clean and we had to ask for everything like towel, soap, water and tv. I think they need to invest in some good staff who experience in the hotel business.

Hospitality was horrible, cleanleness was horrible.

Rooms were great, though services and food was not up to the mark.
