Review Of Hotel Aristocrat, Darjeeling

while my travel renovation was going on.. still they made a good service.. Complementary breakfast too nice. One issue is there is no intercom and TV facility.. May be because of renovation

Sir I booked astrocart hotel from make my trip , I payed online for the hotel room on 12th April 2025 but when I contacted with the manager they said they don't have any website online on make my trip . I didn't even got my refund . The owner of the hotel told me that it is a scam but I have booked my hotel from make my trip. after I called them several time to know about the payment and all they started cutting my call. This is so shame that they treat us this way. just can't just call it scam and let go.

room service is poor, staffs are well behaved. Average quality food served at In House restaurant.overall nice to stay at hotel.

No room was available in hotel. Shifted in other hotel. Even staff was not aware about room booking

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend

Absolutely rubbish hotel

Never ever book this hotel. Room is very dirty. Washroom is pathetic. No one will clean your room. Dirty smell all over the room. Deserve -5 star.

Terrible hotel, bad beds, rude staff, hotel was not clean, the building is tired and run-down, and so are the rooms, ours was small and dingy. Do not even think about this one, the staff was annoyed as we walked in the hotel also room had an oder of a cesspool coming from the drains on the floor and shower.

The room was 3 floors down at the basement. Check in time was 12 pm, we reached at 2 pm when we saw their own house keeping staff was using the allotted room to take bath. Room was totally uncleaned with even beer cans in the drawer. After complaining they did the basic cleaning to the extent possible but i won't recommend this hotel which might be bit cheap but can ruin your mood and holiday. In house restaurant food is good and reasonably priced. Intercom of the room doesn't work. No tv in my room as well

Dirty room, geyser not working buckets are broken down, wrong address given no one receives the phone call on the given number, i lost my 3 to 4 hours time on the day to find out the hotel & hotel is almost 3 to 5 kilometers away from the mall so i checked out on the check in day with in couple of hours, the hotel aristocate have no quality to list & my rating is 0 out of five.

Food was okay but room was not cleaned when it was handover-ed to me. Means of communication was poor where my room is given.

Neat and clean hotel. Near the shared cab and bus stop. On the main road. Hotel gate closes at 9:30 excellent stay.

Sweet staff. Must recommended. Behavior is also good also rooms are value for money. They are also cooperative.

Awful. Smelly room, uncleaned bed sheet. Rude behaviour of staff. Room was at least 5 degree more cold than the outside. Damped room with awful furniture. Pillows were hard and cold. Just waste of money literally had to leave the hotel after an hour. My whole money got wasted

Hotel was not good. Room was not good. Service was poor. There was no any entertainment facility. There was no lift facility for senior citizen

Room service is not up to the mark. Location is 20 mins away from malle which is quite distant. Manager is very helpful and cordial. In house restaurant is good with limited food options given in the menu. Our food didn’t have hand shower or any shower. Told but not given even after 3 days.

Its an average hotel for the rate, we paid ~4000 per night during the vacation time. Hotel is located close to the toytrain station and, mall is also not far. Staffs are well behaved and food is also good.

I have spent 3300- for a single room. That is damp room at lowest floor. No maintenance. No one to carry my luggage. This is the most dirty damp room, i never reccomend anyone to stay there. Complimentary breakfast means 4pcs of toast or 4pcs of puri or 4pcs of bread+1omelet. This is the most third class hotel at darjeeling.

Room was very unclean wall was sokaing water there was no air pass system in wash room while booking this hotel booking was done on my requirement which was mountain view rooms where i have given the room in the basement i feel my entire money have gone for the waste
