Stayed in the studio appartment. The bed and pillowsheets were not clean but after changing did not face any issues later. Staff were polite. Hotel is overall well kept. Enjoyed the breakfast spread. Peter at reception was professional and efficient. Had a good and pleasant stay.

I booked the room online but it took an hour to get the room. After talking for a while, they gave me a temporary room. Everyone was tired after the journey. The facilities and cleanliness of the room were good, but I realized that the milk powder I was given to drink was expired and my stomach did not feel good after drinking it. The expiry date of June 2025 had passed. Ashfak

great property at worst location. Due to poor occupancy worst maintenance, was given a room with used bedspread and towels. pl do check the bedspread both the sides. cost cutting at every thing is evident. not even floor lights at night time! Room rate fluctuate as per your paying capacity.

Good Stay
I had a good experience, only problem was there was an issue with the tap and only hot water was coming. However, once I notified about this problem, they immediately changed my room. Thanks!

Overall good stay and value for money.

The property is newly built with all the latest amenities. It is located on the main road and easily accessible. They have limited food varieties, and both Veg and Non-Veg menus are available. The staff are very courteous. Weekend rates are high. My visit was on Working days, and the price was reasonable. Since it's a new property, some hiccups are there, but they are manageable. Overall, the stay was good.

It was a good experience, excellent amenities and room and bathroom are near and clean. Staff is also very good and they have very good parking also. Not very far from Pollachi main town.

The room was good for a stay with family with all amenities. But Parking is behind the hotel and there is no entrance near by parking. The gate and driveway to the parking was also narrow. It was raining when we arrived and no one assisted us in getting our luggage till reception. Not even opened the door for us while we were carrying the luggage. They have to train the employees for customer service. Also a name sake restaurant which is nothing but a dining area.
