Hotel Apple Inn

The room was good for a stay with family with all amenities. But Parking is behind the Hotel Apple Inn and there is no entrance near by parking. The gate and driveway to the parking was also narrow. It was raining when we arrived and no one assisted us in getting our luggage till reception. Not even opened the door for us while we were carrying the luggage. They have to train the employees for customer service. Also a name sake restaurant which is nothing but a dining area.

Our stay at Apple Inn was excellent. The ambience was perfect, and everything about the experience felt comfortable and enjoyable. The shower experience stood out as particularly impressive — very clean and refreshing. The room and bathroom were spotless, the smart TV worked great, and the balcony added a nice touch for relaxing. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended

The property is newly built with all the latest amenities. It is located on the main road and easily accessible. They have limited food varieties, and both Veg and Non-Veg menus are available. The staff are very courteous. Weekend rates are high. My visit was on Working days, and the price was reasonable. Since it's a new property, some hiccups are there, but they are manageable. Overall, the stay was good.

Apple in can improve by 1. Keeping buckets and mugs in toilets - now this is provided if asked for 2. Ensuring to keep all utilities in toilet (towels, toiletries) prior by using a checklist. They providing after calling recption and telling what's missing. But this needs to be managed with a checklist by themselves.

Clean rooms and nicely done interior. Hotel staff were very cooperative and courteous. Ample and comfortable car parking. Food is good and reasonable priced. Value for money. Great for family stay.

Location is good as it is on the main road. Parking facility is good. Room was neat and clean. Though room size is small, it was comfortable.

It was a good experience, excellent amenities and room and bathroom are near and clean. Staff is also very good and they have very good parking also. Not very far from Pollachi main town.

I had a good experience, only problem was there was an issue with the tap and only hot water was coming. However, once I notified about this problem, they immediately changed my room. Thanks!
