It is a very nice hotel, excellent location. Beautiful river view. Restrooms need better cleaning and maintenance. The bar is value for money with excellent service and friendly staff. The food was very good. Property has much more potential. The Makemytrip booking rate was cheaper than the direct counter rate. Booked online on the spot for a better rate with gst bill. AC rooms are more luxurious with better amenities and a river view.

Nice ambience and surrounding. Polite staff. Room TV was not working.

Stay was good. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping is very friendly. special mention for the complementary breakfast is awesome. Will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family

Worst experience and room bed is worst and room at road side night can't sleep peacefully due to vechile noise...

Stay was average. Rooms were not so clean and the ac was not working properly. When complained, the housekeeper said it’s an automatic setting. Food was okay. But expensive. Overall rating is 3/5.

Swimming pool was really nice and well cleaned, rooms are spacious, bathrooms horrible, staffs are polite, breakfast food no taste at all, way to lake is not maintained well. Amenity of water is chargeable, it doesn't good. Thank you

I asked for toiletries including a shaving set but it's not available, no gym available and no outdoor activity for solo travel, i complain many times then only get the internet wifi, mobile network issue facing this location

Staff were slow and unprofessional, looked like hotel was not frequented by customers, tarrif was not worth the quality of room, room service was not up to the mark

There was no kettle in the room or tea accessories to get hot water to bath i had to waste three buckets of water
