The room was average, the staff were good.. It was an average staying experience

Entrance Poor , Is hotel me jo sabse best room category hai wo Executive Room hai , jis room me Ac ka paani leakage hai jo room floor pe itna girta hai ki per day Towel bichana padta hai Curtain ( Parda ) me dhaba laga hua hai jaisa kitne saal se dhoya na gaya ho Bathroom ke darwaje me do ched hai Basin railway station jaisa hai Price ke according I will not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel

great experience easy to access. Location is near to Market.staff behaviour is very nice. food quality is delicious. Smoothly checked in. Late night check no issue. Staffing is well behaved. Mr Rishi is very polite and helpful

too much uncleaned room, no facility, geyser is not there, wall broken etc. entire property has hygiene issue.

There are some mentions in the online booking of this hotel, but you don't find those things after going to the hotel. And The service here is not good at all.

Their Direct Booking Room s are different and Better. Room Size is good , But Bed and Bed Cover, Towel all are not Maintained or say Very Old .

Room size and cleanliness was not upto the mark. Oily food with no taste... not worth for money .....

Property location is very good. The food was excellent. I have a suggestion to provide atleast a electric kettle and tea leafs to have a cup of tea.

Bad room service.Dirty lift. Ordered food on Sunday at 3 pm and they came with menu at 5 pm even after telling them that I have a 8 month baby and he has fever.. Dining area very dirty. Inspite of all these they have a sign board in reception as ‘ a Luxe , stay.

Room service is not good as well as not organize the hotel management. Bad experience to stay here. Hotel management need to work to organize to visitors requirement and facilities.

Well AC didn’t work for almost hour .. and then terrible cooling . The pillow was filthy . I have taken pics as well . I wouldn’t even allow my pet dog to use it . The linen as well and the bed was hard . Worst was on BF when I ordered for omelette they ran out of Eggs !! I even offered them money to go and buy eggs . This property needs full updates . I have pics to share

Hotel staff was supportive andall ok but lift was very dirty.. its near to hotel kitchen that why its very sticky

Stay is good but food is costly also Towels color should be white, Slippers not available, Daily uses things like combo, Tooth paste brush, tongue cleaner not available.Floor were dirty
