The hotel was at an excellent spot.... walkable distance from hatia railway station. Behaviour of the staff was extremely polite and good. Rooms though not too good but was perfect if looked for the pricing.

No basic amenities like Toothkit, Towels, Bathing Essentials, Toiletries. Even the room was not well maintained. electricity was not properly available because of which ac and tv was not working toilet was not properly maintained flush was not in working condition no toiletries

It is one of the great property in the town has very cooperative staffs and the ambience is great do visit once for the stay

This hotel is very clean and properly all things. All staff member have very good behaviour and cooperative. This hotel is situated good convenience from ranchi and hatia railway station.

The hotel is located parallel to runway and 1km from arrival gate. I stayed in 107 so i will tell the experience of 107. As soon as i entered room had permanent smell. I asked room service to use room freshner but he sprayed floor cleaner. For some time the smell went away but it came back eventually. Paint on wall was not uniformed. Patch work was there. One of the wall adjacent to bathroom has torn-ed paint due to leakage and moisture. No hot water in bathroom. No night light in room. No shampoo in bathroom. Cheap quality shop was there. Staff were polite and helpful. Need to invest in renovation.
