One of my worst experience. dirty all around... broken toilet seat... TV not operating... no tea kettle... no dust bean... no toiletries except a soap and shampoo pouch... so wrongly projected by MMTC ... MMTC should be sued for such misleading presentation....

Staff is courteous. Rooms are nice. Location of the hotel is perfect.... However whenever there is a power failure, they don't run ACs on generator plus room cleaning is also not done before 1030 AM.

1. The building of the hotel property was very old and the room were very stinky. 2. A kind of bad smell was there. Rooms were not cleaned. Washroom plumbing problems were not fixed. 3. The rates was very high 4. The room service was not good. Even the property dosent have the ro purifier. Doormats were not availlable. The floor was very dirty.
