property is too old ...not up to mark at the price which paid. not suggest....next time I will not book this hotel....

very small room bed not clean pillow cover torn for bathing only cold water availble.towel dirty bad behavior by hotel manager

Hotel was average as per the price. It is good for single day stay. There is no hotels for meals near this hotel

Very bad experience in check out how could they give gst bill more than booking amount

1. The room was clean. 2. Washroom was in good condition. 3. They offered complimentary water. 4. The wifi was good. 5. Power backup. 6. The food was delicious. It may seem a little overpriced for a small city like bokaro but for a delhi guy like me, it was value for money. 7. Polite staff. 8. Instant room service on a call. Sorry. I am not a camera person. Didn't take any photos.

Tv was not working, hospitality not up to the mark

If you are searching hotel near chas, bokaro then it is a good choice to stay. Rooms are large enough with room service and housekeeping facility. The hotel has a large restaurant to dine for with all continental, indian and chinese foods.

Room full of lizards, everywhere there are lizards from bathroom to bedroom

Room was very small. Rooms are not Worth the money charged. Staff behavior is just okay.

Rooms were overcharged. Service was good. They do mistakes in counting whole payment, I paid by card and left the Hotel in hurry but later I realized there was a calculation error. I had a conservation with the owner and he said he will do the needful.

No hot water, if you ask for hot water, they provide a bucket of hot water. Room and bathroom is very small. Rest other services are good, fooding is good.
