Overpriced room. Poor maintenance and bad service response. Food price is also high and over priced.

Location is good. If you need tea in the morning you will have to wait for 7.30 . The lift is not always easily available to the guests as it's doors are left open and it can not come to the ground floor. Staff is least bothered in this regard. Thirdly the latches of the room especially the one in washroom had so poor fixtures that once you close it you have to struggle hard to open the door of the washroom. I informed the staff in reception about the so-called executive room on the third floor. Apart from this the washroom tile was broken so that any body could fall and break one's bones.

location is safe and easily reachable. I find the space safe . taking care of all needed. food is good. room service is good. staff is good .

First , we stay there that is my mistake because in one day I spend approx three thousand for one day and service was very bad even though the AC was not working and when I ask to replace the room then they are arranging some technician and try to repair ac that time which was uncomfortable for me then I requested to him please change my room then they agree and in morning I need toothbrush then they totally denay for this service, and washroom also in poor condition.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean, room service was also good. The attendant in the reception behaved nicely.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. It has a gated parking area which is important when you travel with your vehicle in a new city

Room was untidy, ac was not working properly, the taps were leaking, the lights were so dim. Not a good place for a hygienic stay though the food was good

Bad experience. Lift not functional, toilet flush not working, water tap not working, maximum times ac not working due to power issue, no basic toiletries.

I have been to many big hotels, but first time ever i was charged for drinking water. Seriously? can't you even provide normal drinking water to your guests even in this summer? this basic thing also a guest has to buy?. Room was ok, but according to the price range, it's below average. Bathroom was also not very good according to the price and maintenance they charge. Once there is power cut, there is no ac and lift operational. We faced power cut off during our stay.

A very nice place to stay, the behavior of staff and good facilities. Good quality food. Very quick response to customer needs.

No spit ac, one very old window ac with no efficiency. Smelly rooms. Cheap quality bed sheet & furniture.
