Very neat and clean rooms and staffs behaviour was also good. Location near the main road. All the toiletries were available in the room.

Food quality is very poor..Frequently power is tripping. Disturbance was there almost full due to DJ playing in adjacent plot. No proper TV /DTH system is there. Location is good but I will not recommend anybody to stay here. It is wastage of money

It was better than expected. It is difficult to find a decent hotel for stay in bokaro. It has spacious room and washroom was also good. In terms cleanings it was 5/5.

The hotel is newly constructed and located on the main road. We stayed here for a night on the way back from Netarhat just to have a halt with our father, who is 99 years and 8 months old, along with three other members, and had a nice experience. The rooms are brand new, neat, and clean. The toilets are spacious and fitted with branded fittings. All sorts of toiletries were provided. Even slippers and shoe cleaners were also provided. The hospitality of the staff, particularly Manager Mr. Dutta, was commendable—he personally took care of everything whenever asked, even arranging a wheelchair for my father. All the staff and the manager showed great respect to my centenarian father. We were really satisfied during our short stay.

Dg not working as of which even geysers were also not working and no one in reception for response in night, this was a marriage hall rather than a hotel for for operations.

They buy food from other restaurant and serve you terming it as their own and i caught them it took 1 hour to serve food. The room shown in mmt and the room they offered differs so mmt must refund me the amount. I requested them for refund and they said to raise the same with mmt but room cleanliness is good and its a very new convention hotel
