Hotel Emerald

I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. The water supply was stopped in the evening and again the next morning — no water at all! It was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel to have such basic issues. I couldn’t even take a shower or use the washroom properly. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Though the staffs present there were courteous and professional....there was no bathroom mat on the floor or any mat in the room. AC was not working it was only gussing out dry air... since I had to stay for the night and had to check out in the morning I didn't bother to complain. Breakfast was good though.

Experience was good staff is also so helpful and humble just some appliances not working properly like geyser that all other wise overall experience is good food is great

the hotel is good, you cannot get such experience at this price. The behaviour of each and everyone is fabulous, cleanliness is very good, location is good (you can get transportation anytime), the food is as good. I came here after 9yrs and enjoyed the same way, I enjoyed in 2016

Property was good. Location was perfect. Facilities also were good. Staff was good and well mannered.

Stay is very good, hotel rooms are clean, staff behaviour is nice. Got to know about the property from MakeMyTrip. Food is very good in the buffet. Service is upto the mark.

No intercom and bath towel in the room. Chair was too old. It waz located in prime location but need to improve their services.

Room was too good

Location is absolutely fine. Breakfast is also worth the money. An A.C.room was booked. But the A.C did not work and we had to stay in the non A.C.room after paying for A C room. This is ridiculous. The lift condition is absolutely horrible and you feel completely clostrophobic having no space for 3 adults moving together.

All in all it was good but the one of the staff was little impolite. The AC temperature was fixed and remote was not working. When requested for solution, the response was "woh to fix hi hota he" and tried to convince me to bare with it. Later on changed from 23 to 26 and left with temporary remote. As it was over night stay for me and it was already 10 pm so I prefferred not to confront.

We book 03 nos of the same rooms but they provide Three different rooms. Rooms are not well maintained.

TV was not working. Even after repeated request. Bedsheets were not clean, water wasn't offered complimentary next day.

The location is good but the facilities are not up to the mark. I have not taken property food due to being busy in outside activity.

Hotel is centrally located and very close to the market place and Govt offices. The Room Service of the Hotel is terrible. No one bother to listen to your request. Repeated reminders to be given to get Tea bag/Sugar etc. The Quality of the Food is good . The overall Experience is Average.
