Midwaay Resort, Patratu

Average , i am giving average just because the hospitality of the staff and management are good but the condition of the rooms are not good , washroom is not cleaned and not proper drainage system . People are paying lot of money and if they will get this type of conditions of the room it really hurts. Food is well good and infrastructure is also good . Recreation area is ok . Thanks .

good experience. huge restaurant. rooms were good. (not great but it's ok at this budget). we had good views from balcony. the main thing was the restaurant. very good collection of cuisines. tasty

Staff services was good, but rooms were ok... leakage in bathroom... rooms weren’t as per the price on mmt.

very nice , comfortable and cozy stay , resort with beautiful view of mountains, also allowed early check in and upgraded our stay without any extra cost, also staffs are very well behaved and professional

The location is just beside the highway but a little bit away from the patratu dam. The hotel premises are well maintained. Staff are helpful and courteous. The room and toilet were clean. There is ample parking space. The buffet breakfast could have been a bit better (egg was the only non-veg item. Overall, a good stay.

Excellent ambience for family stay. Good room cleanliness. Swimming pool for adults and children are very neat and clean. New water game area is also going to be very interesting.

The property has a vast area, full of greenery. Well maintained. Food is good. Room service is also good. But all installations are defective from air-conditioner, to tv, geiser etc.

It was an amazing experience, stayed wide my wife for a day, the vibes are really gud, well maintained and near to patratu lake, the best thing of our stay was the hospitality and response of staff, they really helped us a lot, no hussles at all, nice food, erotic rooms, well maintained, had gud time time in swimming pool. Most exiting place. They made our day. Thanks midway for wonderful hospitality

previously we booked a semi-deluxe room we thought they must have AC in that room as we paid for a semi deluxe room ,after the check in we got to know that the room doesn't have AC available in that room which was really disappointing then we changed the room for deluxe and paid 1000 extra which means a total sum of 4800 the room was good ...the service was good ,food was okay ,family friendly,good location ,overall we enjoyed our tip breakfast was complimentary which was very good 👍😊

we visited the place during 20-21 st April. There was a wedding organised there but the manager upgraded our rooms to deluxe cottage without any charges. the pool was good. we enjoyed the stay overall. only issue was with morning breakfast which was not buffet but a combo meal, but it was sorted after talking to the manager. we took along with us our old age mom which they didn't charge anything extra. we were overwhelmed

Patratu is extremely over-hyped tourist place and midway resort is way to costly, an average roadside resort, considering what it offers to tourists - surely not a value for money deal, much disappointed, though common staffs are good natured. Yes

1. Lack of service, i think the words came here " terrible" 2. No hanger in wardrobe 3. Television is not working 4. Bathroom flush is not working properly 5. One three pin socket is not working

Thanks to the hotel staff and management for making our stay special, we came here with friends and stayed in the deluxe room, which was spacious for 3 of us and amazing airy washrooms with working faucets. Amenities and security was equally commendable! thank you

. . It was not worth paying for insects and non ac room. Had to pay additional charges for ac room. There was no dental kit and no mention of shampoo and conditioners. They refused to change the bed sheets also. There were frequent electricity outages and pool was ok ( had frogs and insects. However, the food to order and tea was good. Had to struggle for 45 minutes for the complimentary breakfast as food was not available(only basic. No hot water etc overall average expe. Asked to wait for min half an hour. So dropped

I have stayed here with my family recently and it was one of the worst experiences. I have booked my room through mm t and paid 100% during booking however hotel delays my check n for 1 hours and said that they didn't receive the payment. Cooler are installed everywhere in place of ac, even tv was also not working. Lunch menu also contains very limited options however food quality was good. Overall to go with this hotel only if there is no alternative option.
