Hotel West Inn

The service of this hotel is not good. I ordered a cup of tea and they provided me after more than one hour. In the morning during the bath suddenly the water supply was stopped. And they suggested that I go to another room to take a bath.

Room is not up to mark.Photos shared at the time of booking is different than actual room.Onky thing we emoji here is Food which is very good quality.

I stayed in room no. 205. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean. But there was a peculiar problem of water seepage from the floor of the room mainly adjacent to the bathroom. You have to keep on the AC at 16-17 degree temperature to keep the floor dry. Glass of top half of bathroom window was missing. Food is somewhat overpriced.

AC was not working properly. Toilet flush as well as shower not working. Room in a bad shape Almirah broken bathroom vanity drawer broken. Even knob of

Rooms were okay but towels provided had stains. Room walls looked dirty n curtains too. Main problem was lift which was not functional most of the time when needed. Room service hardly responded over calls. Upon complaining got a response that there are too many guests. Sheets were clean n bathroom too. Overall okay

Clean and spacious room. Clean washrooms. And staff behavior and service is also good. Overall good hotel to stay

Decent rooms & food was great

The hotel is good. Food is very good quality. The staffs are also good.

Rooms were unhygienic with molds arounds. Ac was leaking water and service staff were delayed is responding to requests.

Good Stay little overpriced . Food i ordered was less tasty. Frequent electricity fluctuation. Overall location is good

Smelly room, no exhaust fan in washroom

The property is conveniently located by the highway, specially for people travel-ling by car. The check in process was smooth. But room service is horrible. The staff is more attentive to guests coming in for parties, weddings or receptions. Rooms are airy but maintenance is not up to the mark. They don't provide complementary packaged drinking water in rooms. The guest has to pay even for one bottle. Moreover i had to wait for over 20 minutes for a bottle of water before coming down to the reception to get one. No one was there at the reception or house keeping desk to answer my repeated calls. The worst part is that when i went to the reception, there was no one at the desk. One staff walked in after me and after trying to get an attendant, handed me a bottle as he too couldn't find a bearer. Very bad experience must say.

The hotel is well located. The hotel staff are good. The rooms were a bit smelly for this price point. The baths have an open area from where many outsiders can see you bathing.
