Good experience but room fell short booked for delux and got standard room

Overall, the hotel was good, with decent staff and yummy food. The pool was clean, and we had a great time. However, I was disappointed with the room. Despite booking a deluxe room, I was given a standard room that was small and didn't have a refrigerator. Given that I paid for a deluxe room through MakeMyTrip, I expected better.

The hotel is at reasonably good location & nice ambience. Housekeeping was fabulous. Food quality was exceptional specially the complimentary breakfast. Staffs are very cooperative. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.Overall a great stay experience.

The room was quite spacious and I loved the amenities provided in the room. We have been staying at Treebo properties at different locations across India and this was up to the mark. The hygiene was properly maintained and the female staff's behaviour was quite humble however the male staff needs more training on how to treat the guests well. Our room was a Superior class room and the rate was as per the market standards. We recommend you to visit here, if you are planning for a night stay or two especially for the higher category room.
