I booked on mmt and with i paid full payment for 2 days, but when i came to check in they're asking your paid amount is very less we can't give you room with this amount. You have to pay an extra amount. I had an emergency so i paid extra. Now i want to refund extra amount

1. I have booked a hotel for 2 days and & paid in advance. 2. I check in at 04:00 hrs in the morning, I was charged 30% of the total payment against the as early check-in. 3. Being a night time I have no other option. 4. Cover of the blanket provided was washed for months, blanket carrying human hairs. 5. Blanket replaced was again the same type. 6. Finally I used my own blanket & bed sheet that was used by me on the train. 7. I checked out after the first day & left my 2nd-day amount with Lalita.

Room Was small. Ac was not working. Washroom was dirty. A guy who came for the set up of AC. When I asked him what happen? I was waiting for his reply but he ignored. He hasn't said a single word. When I called reception for a plate they replied restaurant Ko call Kijiye, hum kha se denge. What a reply and the worst hotel. Go and meet Mr Rana (receptionist) you will come to know his behaviour. Try to read him. Don't make the worst image of Oyo because of these kinds of staff. Thanks and regards.

Very bad experience in Hotel Lalita

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, very ridiculous behaviour of hotel manager, the manager behaviour is bad. This hotel should out listed from online booking. Lots of problem they are creating for guest. If these hotel will listed in booking nobody will book hotel. I would suggest to owner of the Hotel Lalita first trained your manager.
