Electricity supply is frequently disconnected by the staff..Bathroom was not clean.Bed bunk was not comfortable. Room was also dirty. Size of room is also small.Ac was not so effective.

Very bad service. In one room ac is not working, in another room the geyser is not working and in another room the tv is not working. Even in the morning water was not coming. So these are very bad experiences. Please improve it

They charge me 1300 for bedsheet and towels.

Stay is pathetic as the room was completely dirty full with mosquitoes and insects. You have to thrown water by yourself after you using commode as flush wasn't work as well as be-sin tap. Everything inside the room is broken bathroom door, mirror and etc.

Stay was good but rooms are below expectations when we reached they denied about booking again after 30-45 min they agreed that we have a booking but the according to reception staff they have given our allotted room to someone else. So we needed to manage with other room it took time. Where as we informed in afternoon itself that we are coming in evening.

Worst hotel ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. The room smelled real bad, toilets were dirty and the list could go on. I vacated the moment i stepped in. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

The room was quite good and the staff was good. I have not tasted food. But it was quite good experience for me. The location is near chase bokaro. Room was paint was slightly damaged but all amenities working well.

I went to bokaro for a job interview. It was a two day stay. The hotel staff were uncooperative. The room was in such bad conditions. It smelled like it had never been opened in centuries. There was no water in the faucet, despite multiple complaints they did nothing about it. The wallpapers in the room were falling off. Overall it was a very bad experience. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Below average experience. Oyo is downgrading their service standard that they have set. Very disappointed aa the service was not upto the mark despite high money for a room.
