Location and Food Quality is good but overall facilities are terrible

We have a worst experience in this hotel. Rooms are with bad smell and without proper maintenance. All the furniture , bed sheets , curtains are dirty.We have reached around 3 o’clock but room was not ready though the check in time is 12 o’clock. They provided room after 45 minutes waiting. One front office stuff is very rude and he became polite when we left the hotel after 2 hours same day. Our booking was for 2 rooms for 2 days but we have to left the hotel within 3 hours on the same day. The entire situation was so bad. We have to shifted to another hotel by spending extra money. This is first time I experienced with a hotel booked through MakeMyTrip. Our entire experience is pathetic. I strongly recommend that makemytrip should take some strong step against this hotel to refund our at least one day charges. This a request from from a very old and trusted user of your app.

Room was ok. Clean & Neat. tap inside the washroom basin was loosened. Housekeeping was upto the standard. lights were dim.

The bed linen was dirty. Service is very poor. You will get a bottle of water after calling several times after hours of making a request. Not even a single chair in the room to sit. They are offering room service without even a proper table to eat the food at. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. Most of the light fixtures were malfunctioning.

Good service & good food but room window is broken & electricity supply is poor and blanket is very thin and feed is very spicy and all things are chargeable not free.

Property location is in excellent location, but food of restaurant is very worst, room service is inline to budget.

Check in process was smooth. Room was ok type but ac and fan was not properly working. Not worth the money being charged i feel

Improve like soap, not available sleeper in room

The stay was worst ever, the room had damped walls, no latch on the bathroom door, no shower facility. Worst pick at make my trip.

Hotel stay is pleasant. This is my second after i stayed here initially in july 2024. Room is clean and basic hygiene standard is maintained. Food is really good. I ordered vege food and they were lop smacking. Since i didn't order non veg foods, so i would not be able to comment on that located just 2 minute walking distance from ranchi railway junction. Overall 4 star out of 5. To

4. Hotel blue shivalik is average. Location perfect. Just 5 minutes walk from ranchi railway station. Staff behavior good but the bathroom was not properly clean. Water soaking marks on the walls visible. Ac did not work properly and had to call the staffs. The room had several curtains but one of them was not properly clean. The restaurant served good food. The choice for the complementary breakfast was nice.

I’m satisfied with service

Hotel was in deplorable condition as ac was broken, making noise, toilet door was not closing, the geyser was not working, and the toilet had a lot of sepage. Even don't have dry towel. Room size, it is mentioned on the app 289 sqft, but the room is even not the half of the size mentioned on the app. It's not only hotel fault but make my trip as well as how it is certified by makemytrip.

Hotel blue shivalik was cost a lot more than it deserve. Facilities are not below average, even service was not that good. Issue of cleanliness was there in the lift, gallery and room.

Hotel had no basic facilities. Bathrooms were very dirty. Most of the bathroom fittings were broken including basin tap and bathroom door lock. No power back-up. The exhaust fan doesn't work. Tea was served in broken cups. Tinted bedsheets and towels. Most of the lights in the room were fused. Fan speed does not increase. No battery in the ac remote though they changed later. Tv doesn't work. Terrible experience.

Room ambience was good but bathroom's lock was broken hence it didn't close properly. Food was good. But they didn't provide basic toiletries like paste handwash towel etc.

Short distance from railway station. Easy access. Good service. Hotel staff members are fine and humble. They put their best efforts to provide good service.

location was terrible. Approach road was so dirty that reaching hotel is really horrible. you can understand that I checked in at 7 pm. & I left by 8.30 pm. AC WAS NOT WORKING.there was only 1 charging point. bad smell was coming. I went after check-out to Railway retiring room . it was 100% better then this. my request never to stay in this hotel for even 1 hr .

food amenities and services was excellent during stay at Hotel. Great experience as well as behavior of the staff was very positive
