One of the best hotels near Dal lake at walking distance and very friendly staff... food is excellent...enjoyed a lot

No parking facility, no room service, no room keeping, no exhaust fan in washroon. Not satisfied.

Hotel owner denied us to give room

The hotel denied the room stating they did not receive any information from make my trip they just to compensate given us stay in their sister concern hotel which was below standard. This has given me a bad experience overall using make my trip. 1

Its a good hotel location is ok. Bathroom could be much better. Room was average. Staff and reception our good.

Decent place with polite and prompt staff. Only draw back is that there is no heater in the room. They should also start with room service.

We stayed at the Hotel for ÷ days.The hospitality was Superb. The Staff is very courteous and cooperatively stay was very comfortable.. The Food was Awesome Kudos to the MasterChef.HIGHLY Recommend . Would like to stay here in our next visit as Well😊👍.

Makemytrip doing scams now days with customers they tried make fool to customers makemy trip customer care service is so disgusting customer agents didn't know the simple policy of mmt so terrible

U can not call it a luxury property. But can stay fr a day. Basic amenities are available at the hotel property

The staff was lazy and unresponsive. Hygiene standards need improvement. Dirty tumbler was placed in the room. Tv in the room did not function. Ventilation lacking in the rooms.

Overall a great experience. The road in front of the hotel is little bad but rest everything including room, hot water, staff behavior, size and space and smell of the room, twenty four hours running hot water etc

It's good but there is some parking problem in outside hotel. Location was good. Service, cleanliness was fine. Hotel room was good and also lift facility was fine. Owner was respond good for service and last food was yummy
