stay was comfortable. Friendly staff. the hotel is safe and secure for category of people. it is very near to all prime locations

Location is premium at M.G. Road. There's a pure vegetarian restaurant with good food and hospitality in ground floor itself. What's lacking is There's no room boys for room service and restaurant opens at 7.15 am only and those who wish to go put early before 7 am has to find tea/coffee shop near by.

Good place to stay in cochin for an affordable price. The staffs were friendly. The only con is lack of proper parking area for guests.

The parking lot facility in hotel airlines was not proper. The security guard and one of the hotel staff's behaviour was not nice.

Average room, water supply after request and for two days stay no refill. Not having proper make my trip voucher id and confused over. Using oye pillow cover, wi fi pass word not provided on arrival. Only meal delicious and worth in hotel restaurant, with out room service.

Stay was excellent and room was very neat and clean. Staff is also very much polite and active.

good hotel with neat rooms and maintained well 👌. below the hotel on ground floor there is a vegetarian restaurant by name "vasantha vihar" which is an added advantage if one chooses to stay in this hotel airlines. also just 100-150 meters from the metro station "maharajas college"

It was an average stay at the Hotel. The Hotel was located in the main City and it was convenient. It was a safe Hotel for the family. They should improve the facilities provided by the Hotel. They didn't provide me an electric kettle. There was no food available in the Hotel. The staff behavior was also impressive. The rooms were ok and average clean.

Location was near to railway station and the hotel was easily locatable as well. Staff was very good. Room was nice with clean and hygienic washroom.
