The rooms were poorly maintained and definitely not up to 3-star standards. The doors were noisy, the bedsheets were dusty, and the blanket looked like it had just been rolled up from the previous guest. This place is nowhere close to a 3-star hotel.

Overpriced and disappointing stay!
Booked through MakeMyTrip, but found the same hotel showing on the same day — feels like a complete rip-off. The room was pathetic, unhygienic, and extremely congested. Room service was unprofessional and very poor. I paid but the place isn’t worth more than.

as i already booked the room online when i arrived at their property they provided me the worst near kitchen and their other stuff, people's were partying with loud music outside the property not recommended for couples

Not up to Mark
I booked the room for one night stay through MMT however the hotel room wasn’t even worth 3000 Rupees. The room had foul smell and washrooms was unhygienic. The room lacked even basic amenities like toilet paper, slippers and handeash etc. There was only a bed, mirror and few basic wardrobe. If personal hygiene and cleanliness is your top priority then I would suggest NOT to choose this hotel. The only good thing was that the front desk person was polite enough to answer the queries and was helpful but other than that the management of this hotel is terrible or has zero management. The location is only plus point I can think of rest, cannot be rated.

Recommended for stags to hangout, not a family place
The property is located at about 1 km away from nakki lake and the front yard is well maintained and has a good space to hangout. The food is quite good and the price is reasonable so no need to go out for lunch/dinner. The rooms they offer are not very well maintained, there are lot of issues with AC, TV, furniture and bathroom maintenance. I would recommend this to stags if they are looking for a chill out place. The staff and the chef is very co operative.

Terrible Stay
Worst hotel ever i have seen in my life the location provided was totally wrong the washroom had no toilet paper not a single compelemantory thing they provided no water bottles worst service they have nd carged money for every single thing which should not be charged price was not worth according to the amenities and room

Excellent property to stay
It was a hidden gem tucked away in the greenery perfect for leisurely strolls, outdoor activities and relaxation. Close to nakki lake and easily accessible to market area and other tourist spots. The villa looks beautiful especially during night all lit up with fairy lights. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Staff and service excellent. Special thanks to amit, harish and the cook( i forgot the name. Food was simply marvelous, delicious and mouthwatering. We stayed for 3 nights and our stay was memorable and pleasant. It's and excellent property and i would definitely recommend to stay here if you are in mount abu

Peaceful stay but need to focus on hygiene
family1. The room provided was clean, but the entrance to the same was unhygienic and dirty. 2. Food tasted great but they need to improve on the portions/size of the dish 3. No buffet service even after the villa was fully occupied.
