No hot water, bed quality also not good. overall not had good experience.

Bad experience. The hotel is nothing near to how it's shown in the photos. No services. Totally not worth the money paid.

The property is near the railway station and readily accessible. Food option is not available. The hotel staff is friendly and the property is relatively clean. Prefer to stay in AC rooms rather than the non AC rooms if one is looking for hygiene.

The room given to us was so clean and couldn't see even small wastes or rubbish things. Receptionist just noted down the required details and no waste of time there. And we were allowed for an early check in which I felt as best.

Ambience was not that good. Too much mosquitoes. Bathroom was not clean. Pipes in the bathroom were not repaired.

The hotel is near to the metro station and it takes only 10 minutes to reach.the behavior of the staffs are good.

The front office staffs not entertaining the booked customers. They are asking to cancel the booking while at hotel and ready to give room directly! 2 times experienced in jan25

The rooms were not properly clean and all the plug points were not functional. But the room was spacious and the washroom was okay. The behaviour of the servicemen were courteous.

Hotel adithya staff is greedy and have no word of commitment. Poor service. They made the wrong commitment and asking for more money.

Good location. Staff behavior is good. Clean and large room. Very near from chennai metro and park station. Although hotel do not have kitchen but lot of options. Outside near motel. Good for short trip to chennai.

On a whole good accommodation for value for money ( 1+1 bed room. Room and wash room ok. Bed sheet need more cleanliness. Near to main road locality was dirty. Staff good. Hot water not available in the morning. Getting breakfast is difficult in early morning.
