We had booked a room as we had come for admission of our child to vita chennai. The room was cramped with lots of mosquitoes and electricity switching off at night. No lift so you need to carry your suitcase via stairs, no intercom so if you want water you need to come down, zero value for money. Worse than a budget lodge. People looking for options close to vita stay in tambaram.

Dear sir, Since all our rooms are located in Ground floor and First floor, We do not have elevator and we have mentioned that we don't have lift/elevator (in the list of amenities. But we have ample staffs to carry luggages of guests who come here, which we do normally. But I can understand, we had missed serving you properly by letting you carry your luggage.
Regarding power cut, this region - entire Vandalur to Urapakkam was facing frequent power failure while you were staying here, and then again we maintained complete power availability as we have huge Genset for power back up. May be everytime the power failure happens, it takes a few seconds to get the generator turned on which might have annoyed you but I don't think it would have been an issue for any other guests who had stayed here on that particular date.
The Reception number is shared with every guests. So for any need, they can call and easily access the reception and get the room service so easily and quickly. So need for an intercom has not occurred with any of our other guests.
Regarding mosquitos, we try in every way to keep mosquitos away but some guests who use the balcony keep the balcony door open which let's access for mosquitos to enter into the room.
