The rooms were not clean

Fabulous stay! The staff was good, and the mountain view was beautiful. I was offered a Super Deluxe Room—very comfortable and clean.

It was fine for the price, but they could have provided more amenities like liquid soap, clean towels, toothpaste, and shower gel. It's pretty basic.

First of all, the entrance of the hotel looks like a shady business front. Don't go with the mountain view room, it only has a window that gives you the view of the mountains. The owner then showed us another room with a mountain facing balcony that was available for 1000 more bucks. After a bit of negotiating, I got it for 2500 for 3 days. The rest of the stay was okay. The owner was very humble and ready to help. The food was good as well. However, in the case of electricity cuts, there is no electricity back up provided. No hot water provision in that case too even after asking for it. I would also say this in conclusion that the location of the hotel is far from convenient. Given the slopes and climbs of Mussoorie, you are better off getting a hotel at a higher cost (which I had to pay anyways) in mall road or library road, which is way nicer. This hotel location is a steep climb and there are hardly any vehicles available to commute (though 2 wheelers are available on rent, I had my wife and my minor son, so we couldn't rent that), given this location is beyond mall road. But yes, in these hill stations, you don't come to stay in the hotel itself, but to explore the region and hotels are to rest your head. This hotel certainly provides you that. The staff is friendly and humble. The owner is humble and would bend backwards for a good review (his words, not mine).

Staff are really cooperative. They helped us a lot in arranging the vehicle and other facilities. Nice staff.

The service of the hotel area is bad, if you are making a booking, don't do it i stay in there two night but goved towels one day

I visited with my family. The hotel was too neat and clean and maintains proper hygiene. The hospitality was too good. Well behaved staff and were available 24/7 for any help. The hotel owner was personally taking care of ours and also very cooperative.

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious with hill views even in normal rooms for which they don't charge extra. Owner was so helping and calm. Even we took care of our luggage after we checked out. So all and all it's very good and i recommend everyone to visit this hotel

The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby and the beautiful mall road of Mussoorie . Overall, our stay exceeded expectations in every way. We cannot wait to return to Hotel Aaria for another rejuvenating escape into the hills.

Stay in hots a aria was gud. Staff was cooperative. Cleanness was good. But one negative point is never ever handover your rental scooty for parking to hotel staff. Thank u you

The hotel is good. It is walking distance from the mall road. The mountain view from room is good.

It is not the hotel, home stay, wrong details updated. No hotel staff, no services, no security. Even charging for breakfast he has given breakfast after huge request. Worst experience.

It is around 2 kms from where the mall road begins. Owner is very polite and should be contacted for exact location. Room in which i stayed was compact and not suitable for more than 2 adults. Washroom was clean. The drain smell might bother you. Doors need to be changed with side wall which is made of plywood. Lots of debris is thrown from the terrace, just below the window of room you can see heaps of debris. Food options were limited. Overall, an average stay.
