no proper service and response. no proper communication. when I paid fully, they cancelled without information. they canceled it because I did not pick the call. when I ride my bike how can I receive calls. I did not get any calls first of all. they claim that they called me.it is 200 mtrs above and we have to climb stairs. after climbing 100 mtrs ,they told about room cancelation.

There was no clear direction to the hostel. No information that i have to climb almost 200 mtrs through steps. I paid in advance and without information, they cancel-led my booking. When i asked he told me that, i did not pick the call. I cant pick the call when i m riding y bike. When i paid in advance, why should my booking get cancelled. The guy who spoke seems rude and there was no call back after he promised for a call back. My one of the most worst experience. Please refund my amount as i did not stay and my stay was cancel-led by the hotel guy.
