I had a double room which had a window but ac was not required during the time i visited. It's common area had a tv which i did not get to use because of my short stay. The house owner was helpful as he was running a taxi service, which helped with local sightseeing and darshan. Charges are relatively nominal although you may face issues detecting location on apps like swiggy etc which was sorted. Of course, it's a home stay which is evolving so some things like a shaving mirror and a door to the bathroom was being sorted out. I stayed in a different room on the last day which was more spacious than the first one. Of course, the homestay and his house have room and the staircase railing is being put. Should be a comfortable stay with options of home cooked food.
