I recently stayed in a solo non-ac room and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a practical and budget-friendly choice. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and i had a decent amount of space to store my belongings. The bathroom was also clean and had all the basic necessities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy.

Stays and feeling there gives a complete home vibes. Hospitality was good and the room was clean and with good furniture and electricity.

We had a wonderful stay at Jai Shree Balaji Homestay in Ujjain! The homely environment and warm hospitality provided by the owner family made us feel truly at home. Our room was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable attached bathroom equipped with a shower and geyser. The only suggestions we have for improvement are that our room was adjacent to a play school within the same premises, which resulted in some noise during school hours. Additionally, the room could benefit from a table and an extra chair, as there were only two double beds provided. Overall, we highly recommend Jai Shree Balaji Homestay for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and excellent value. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Homestay is good. Cons:only problem with property is that it is in very small streets of ujjain. Pros: owner is very well behaved and corporative. I recommend this homestay for budget stay.
