The stay at Pallav Guest house was very good & comfortable. The rooms were clean and the host was friendly & helpful. Nice place.

but AC is not working properly remote was not working...I had to use AC at constant temperature.. and the worst part is i was not at my room and owner unlocked our for whatever reason I didn't know... and there is no proper connection of electricity they were doing something from outside than we got proper electricity in our room plus point staff is good

Rooms are okay, but bed sheets and kambal are not cleaned properly they have have bad smell.

Location was terrible, in monsoon days its not recommend to stay bcoz drainage water overflow on roads and we can't get outside without entering into it so avoid stay in monsoon season. Overall experience with staying is average, room and toilet are clean but room service was very poor. They took 45 minute to provide extra blanket and pillow despite numerous followups. Final conclusion is if there is no choice you may stay here otherwise many better option are there. Choose wisely.

Great location just a kilometer from Mahakaleshwar Temple. The place was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price. The staff was helpful and made the stay easy and pleasant.

First of all it was not clean ,second did not had towel or shampoo/soap in room,third it was smelling bad fourth gave us wrong room gave us three bed rooms due to unavailability

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with the condition of the room we were provided during our recent stay. The room was in a completely unhygienic and unacceptable state: The mattress was soaked due to continuous water leakage, leaving us no option but to sleep on the floor — along with our two small children. The bathroom had a foul smell that spread throughout the entire room, making it extremely uncomfortable. Overall cleanliness was severely lacking, and the room was simply not in a livable condition. This experience was not only unpleasant but distressing, especially with kids involved. I request your urgent attention to this matter and expect appropriate compensation or resolution for the inconvenience we endured. Looking forward to your prompt response. Thanks Munil kumar Singh

the rooms were nice , there was no electricity from 6am to 12 pm on the day of checkout which created havoc , the staff is responsive, it's little far away from mahakaleshwar Mandir, there is no good food available near the place

I booked this stay solely because it was listed as an MMT Value Stay, but the reality is disappointing the room is unclean and the environment is unhygienic.

Need some improvement. Specially mats should be provided with each bed nd 1 dustbin in each room ....Rest of the things are good

location is at very narrow passage road, with no parking area. people travelling with own vehicle should not go there.
