Excellent Stay
*fantastic stay at heritage exotica villa* i recently had the pleasure of staying at heritage exotica villa in goa, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm hospitality provided by mr. Raju, the caretaker, and mr. Ashish, the manager. Their smiling faces and willingness to assist made me feel right at home. During my stay, mr. Raju proved to be incredibly helpful, attending to even the smallest of needs with efficiency and a friendly attitude. Mr. Sunil, with his insightful recommendations, ensured i made the most of my time exploring goa. The villa itself is a haven of tranquility, situated in the center of all the action in goa. Despite being close to popular attractions, the surroundings were peaceful, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. I must commend the staff for maintaining the property in impeccable condition. It's evident that they take great pride in ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, my four-night stay at heritage exotica villa was nothing short of perfect. I'm already looking forward to returning and experiencing more of the delightful hospitality and charm this place has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting goa!

Excellent stay
groupWe booked the entire villa for 10 people. The villa was huge, the 4 bedrooms were spacious. There was a hall, kitchen and washing machine on the ground floor, and a living room on the first. The staff were very friendly and made it a pleasant experience.

Excellent villa facilities and services which include caretaker, washing machine, ac, operational kitchen, tv, swimming pool, dining and living space, attached bathrooms etc. Staff was very cooperative and supportive, its a gated villa community with guard 24*7. Scooty and car are just available near the main gate. I really liked the overall experience and whole group enjoyed the stay. On the suggestion side, washroom exhaust can be improved a bit, but its not a showstopper.

Good Stay
The stay in Heritage Exotica was pleasant and good. The staff over there were very cordial and attentive.it is worth it for the money we paid. In North Goa many places can be covered by staying in this place.

Perfect stay!
Rooms were spacious and clean. Living area was pretty nice. The caretaker shubh went out of his ways to make we had a comfortable stay. The only thing that wasn’t working is the tv in the living room. We didn’t try room service though as we were mostly out and about.

Goa vacations
We have stayed in villa for one day but it was great experience to live there. There was clean and peaceful atmosphere in villa. Staff and caretaker was humble. We felt like we are in our home.

Heritage exotica villa was an excellent choice. We were group of eight. Everyone liked it. The rooms, quality of bed, towels, ambience all were comparable with 5 star hotel. Facilities like full time care taker and chef are super luxury. Whenever we go to goa again, heritage exotica villa will be our first choice.

Heritage exotica is awesome villa in north goa. All three beaches bagga, calaungate, anjuna are 5 min away. Wonderful host all necessary outlets near by. Best clubs titos, hammerrz, cabana within 5 min. Beautifully designed villa of 4 bedroom 5 washrooms all with balcony lawn pool amazing to stay with family friends.
