Review Of GREENVILLA GARDEN ONE BEDROOM IN 3 BHK APARTMENT

Had a great stay. Clean apartments with all amenities within budget. Suggest for groups than couples because its a 3bhk apartment so its better to be in group and you can enjoy more.

The stay in that apartment was very bad. We have booked two rooms and one room has no receiver for the tv and when we asked they said that it was complain and will resolve the issue but didn't responded after that. Not cleanliness as well.

The property was very good and clean. Just that service was not great. Towel and all were not provided

I'll give you a complete Idea about this room.This is a service apartment located near changampuzha park. This is a 3Bhk apartment in which Rooms are divided into three for 3 separate peoples and Hall is common but kitchen is not accessible. If you are planning for a group book all 3 rooms and if you need a kitchen Have to pay an extra 1000. In which fridge, stove, water purifier and all the necessary kitchen utensils are available. But there won't be even be even a milk powder coffee powder or anything at all which You have to buy for yourself. And there will be a balcony too. And its clean and a really good room. But overpriced for one night stay. That's really too much. especially for the kitchen.And music and all should be kept to a minimal level since it's a residential area at night.And they haven't provided us with shampoo or soap or any kind of stuff. Maybe they will provide it if we ask. I don't know. Then about the toilet there are some issues with the health faucet. Apart from that it's ok. But for the price they charge I didn't feel it was worth it.And about the location, it's near to schools. So if you are a smoker, buy cigarettes or get ready to walk a mile 😌 Overall if you don't have any issues with budget and Looking for just a calm and neat place to stay. Go for it
