Stay is very comfortable rooms are excellent but food are restaurant are not available at near but swiggy and zomato is available

Property location is good . I didn't had food there. Facilities are not as expected.

The location of the stay was amazing , the view was great , located at the centre of the city. The caretaker was really helpful too. In all this was a last moment booking but turned out to be really good

Not happy with the stay. Bed sheet and blanket are not clean. However it’s a budget friendly hotel.

The service and located area are so pretty, but that small disadvantage is that the bathroom door is broken and doesn't close properly; otherwise, it's a good experience.

The rooms that we had booked and paid for were not provided. Sheets were dirty with food stains, mold in the room and washroom sink was broken.

Nobody was at reception and nothing provided. When asked they provide towels. Bathroom condition was very poor.

The bed sheets and blankets were not clean, and we even noticed a hole in the door knob containing a cigarette butt and some wrappers. These issues were quite off-putting and led us to vacate the place immediately, despite having paid for a full day. Additionally, the balcony is shared by all guests, which compromises privacy—especially for couples. However, if you're a family booking the entire home, it might still be a suitable option. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and did their best to assist us, which we truly appreciated.

Even though the location is in the central ooty property it lags the parking area and compound. We booked four rooms together, but they provided rooms on a separate floor which was very disappointing. There was no privacy since the house keeping people also occupied the same property. Hospitality and reception was also very poor. The room was only average.. Bath room fittings were damaged.. Overall unsatisfactory experience It cost me almost 3000 for each room which seems too costly for a below average property like this

Very good stay, very very friendly, helpful and nice host named appu. Must stay place, very good views from balcony with great sunset view.
