We booked 3 rooms in golden apple hotel but at the time of check in we only got 2 rooms at that hotel and 1 room in other hotel which is a bit far. The hotel service are not up to the mark. Rooms are congested

Good budgeted hotel, good location very close to new market
This is new property with only 9 rooms and without elevator as of now. You will find the hotel lane deserted post 10 pm which will give an uneasy feeling if you reach late at this hotel first time. In the morning it is buzzing otherwise. The hotel manager Mr. Nazim was very cooperative and worth mentioning his support and services.

Decent for Solo and short trip
I had a planned travel to Kolkata, but wasn't sure of which location would I have to stay at. Finally it was Park street and so I tried looking for a decent range hotel around to find this one. The ratings were really great, so just booked it. Upon visiting the place I understood that it's in a secluded place (not sure if it would be safe for females). The rooms are decent sized but not upto the mark. They do not have any amenities available accept for rooms, even the breakfast is being bought from their group hotel close by which is also at 9:00 Am. The bedding wasn't great at all. Fortunately, upon request they organized some breakfast for my early morning, as I had to leave early. The staff is good, but the place needs a little improvement, while I'm sure it's running full all the time. Or else the cost needs to be reduced.

I Am not satisfied with the room and even there are not in clean even bed sheet are not clean enough room are very sophisticated
