Miserable Hotel
The room was filthy; the electricity went off in the middle of the night; there were only limited items for breakfast (Rs 1100:plus taxes for breakfast); there was no hot water in the bathroom (finally after 3 hours, the maintenance manager showed up and said he was to going to raise the temperature. During my entire stay, i hardly found any guests. I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Professional & Polished
My stay at the property was overall quite pleasant. The location was very convenient — easily accessible and close to major attractions, which made commuting hassle-free. The surroundings were peaceful and safe, adding to the comfort of the stay. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The variety at breakfast was impressive, and the staff was attentive to special requests. Room service was also prompt, and the portion sizes were generous.

It was indeed an experience I would gladly replicate. GODWIN has excellent location, a courteous and friendly staff at reception, prompt and accommodating staff in the restaurant and superb facilities, not to forget the majestic and imposing building and lot of greenery around.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Hygiene and Service
My experience at this property was far from satisfactory. The rooms were unhygienic and lacked proper cleanliness, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes was a major issue, severely affecting the ability to rest. To add to the inconvenience, there was no hot water available in the shower, making basic amenities inaccessible. The service further compounded these problems, as the support staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address concerns made the overall experience highly frustrating. I would not recommend this property to travelers seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
