Room Security Issue because a connecting door was without lock between together,Shower Issue because Shower was defective and Water tempreture was very high during shower and Check Out time was 11 AM which is not suitable and Delaye Check Out Request was not Granted by Duty Manager

Booked Room Within A 15 minutes Via Make My Trip. Very Comfortable Room With All Basic Amenities. Location Is Amazing And Spacious. Food Quality And Service Beyond My Imagination.

I have requested for refund and raise the complain on 13th Feb , I have booked for my client and he could not stay there due to bad smell in room and they are not any alternative room for him , so he has to find new hotel around 11 pm in at Night on 11th Feb .

we went there and found very Royal place a feeling of being in Fivestar , staff was very polite, Rooms were clean with ample space, Bathrooms were clean , best of all the staff greets with JaiHind that is really A Proud thing everybody should follow, Food was a little bit costly otherwise a must go location
