If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst resort experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place does not care about its guests. The pool was dirty, the spa was “under maintenance” the entire time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and sanity—stay literally anywhere else.
