First they had provided a worst room which is not maintained properly Bathroom and Furniture etc , then after a few time in the flow a Millepede moving here and there freely and informed to Hotel manager and and they just simply changed the room no further action taken on this, very concerning

Location of the property is good, right on the main road with manageable distance from the airport. But the hotel is in a very poor state. Untidy room, washroom, stained curtains, small room with hardly any space to keep bags. Very bad shape of infrastructure.

Despite informing the hotel staff during booking that I would be checking in early morning, and receiving confirmation over the phone, I was disappointed to find that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at 7:40 AM. I had to wait for approximately an hour before gaining access to my room. Not happy with the Services given by hotel ginger.
